eMEDRenal is a dedicated clinical and patient management software system designed specifically for renal service providers.

The product is under continuous development by Mediqal H.I.'s own team of healthcare and IT professionals through close co-operation with individual user sites and with the members of the eMEDRenal User Group. In this way, our development priorities always meet with the approval of the user base, resulting in user satisfaction, a close relationship with our user sites and a range of functionality specifically developed to meet the needs of our users.

Integrated Patient Record

Patient data is entered into eMEDRenal by a combination of user input and automatically acquired data from external systems. Our integrated architecture includes interfaces to the hospital laboratory/pathology system, the patient administration system (PAS), haemodialysis machine software and more.

eMEDRenal user and product support is provided by people with in-depth knowledge of the product and application who also have recourse to supporting clinical expertise when necessary. Our clinical support-orientated ethos is appreciated by users, and they have confidence that their query or problem will be resolved appropriately.

Mediqal H.I. offers an ‘Annual Support Programme’ in which user sites are able to pre-purchase blocks of ‘support days’ that they can use to purchase user training sessions or technical services that are not covered by the product maintenance fee.
