and application who also have recourse to back-up clinical expertise
when necessary. Our clinical support-orientated ethos is appreciated by users,
and they have confidence that their query or problem will be resolved
appropriately.
Mediqal H.I. operates an ‘Annual Support Programme’ in which user
sites are able to pre-purchase blocks of ‘support days’ that they
can use to purchase user training sessions or technical services that are not
covered by the product maintenance fee such as creation of complex reports,
design of correspondence templates and local configuration tasks. This is a
popular programme with user sites for its flexibility and for its timeliness
and recognition of hospital budgeting processes
